Using the app without an account

Your shelf, wishlist, wear log and preferences stay on your device only.

Using an account

Sign in with an email link; there is no password. To sync across your devices, we store your email address, optional display name, shelf, wishlist, wear log and free-trial usage in our database provider, Supabase.

Weather, only when you ask

When you tap “Use My Weather,” your device’s approximate location, rounded to about 1 km, is sent to the Open-Meteo weather service to get current weather. We do not store your location.

Usage counts

We use self-hosted Umami for privacy-friendly, cookie-free usage counts: pages and features used, and taps on store links. There are no advertising IDs, no cross-app tracking and no ads.

Retailer and affiliate links

“Where to Buy” and “Try a Sample” open third-party retailers. Some links are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission. Purchases happen on the retailer’s site under its own privacy policy.

Subscriptions

When offered, subscriptions are processed by Google Play. We never see your card details.

Personal data and children

We don’t sell personal data. BB Fragrance Reserve is not directed to children under 13.

Deleting your account

In the app, go to Account → Delete Account, or follow our account-deletion instructions. Your data is removed within 30 days.
