Delete your account
You can request deletion of your BB Fragrance Reserve account in the app or by email.
Delete in the app
Open BB Fragrance Reserve, go to Account → Delete Account, and follow the deletion steps.
Request deletion by email
Email hello@bbelitecreations.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”.
What we delete and when
We delete your account, shelf, wishlist, wear log and trial usage within 30 days of your request.
What we may keep
Nothing is kept except records the law requires.
